No-shows and same-day cancellations will need to book a session to speak with Bailey.

Coaching Programs + Sessions

All sales are final for all one-on-one sessions, group, virtual, inperson, and phone couching programs. You may reschedule with a 24-hour notice.

Live/Virtual Coaching Workshops

All sales are final. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee if you cannot attend.

Digital Downloads

As with any digital download, all sales are final. In addition, you will not be able to print digital products. If you have any questions, please contact us and include “Product Service Request” in the subject box, and we will gladly assist you.

Books + Printed Materials

We offer a 14-day refund on unused books and materials minus shipping and handling. You are required to pay the return shipping fees.

Speaking Engagements

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm all bookings. Additional terms will be outlined in your agreement.

Digital Self-Paced Programs

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email, complete the entire program, and submit all completed assignments. You must complete the program and its assignments to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are not offered if:

• You request a refund via email but haven’t finished all the lessons and assignments.
• You email us confirming the completion of lessons and assignments, but you haven’t submitted your work and results.
• You watched and completed some of the assignments but realize you lack the time to level-up your skills, or you find that the payment is beyond your current budget.
