If you have any questions about my services, read my FAQ page or send me a message. To see if I am able to help you, please sechedule a Connect Call. For help with a current challenge or goal, please book a session. I am unable to offer complimentary one-on-one consultations at this time.
#2 - Book Your Session
Once you select your program and book your session, you will need to sign a client agreement and complete your intake form. Your intake form will allow me to better understand your strengths, challenges, and goals. This information helps us create a tailored plan, ensuring your sessions are focused and productive.
#3 - COaching Session
Together, we will clarify and prioritize your needs. We’ll take a collaborative and educational approach to develop personalized, step-by-step recommendations to leave you informed and empowered about your life’s path.
